These Terms of Use govern access to and use of else-where.co (the "Website"). The Website is operated by HONG KONG GUANYU ELSEWHERE CO., LIMITED（香港觀閾有限公司）, trading as ELSEWHERE / 观閾 ("ELSEWHERE", "we", "us" or "our").
By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Purpose of the Website
   The Website introduces ELSEWHERE’s perspective, journey concepts, planning practice, editorial work and opportunities for collaboration. Its content is provided for general information and inquiry purposes.
   The Website does not provide an online booking or payment facility. Submitting a form, sending an email, discussing a route or receiving an initial response does not by itself create a booking, a travel contract or an obligation on either party to proceed.

   
   

2. ELSEWHERE's role
   ELSEWHERE provides journey research, conception, planning and related advisory services. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, ELSEWHERE does not itself sell, book or operate transport, accommodation, guiding or other regulated travel services.
   Where a journey proceeds, regulated travel arrangements are contracted and delivered by the licensed travel operator identified in the relevant proposal and booking documents. Further information appears in our Planning and Booking Framework.

   
   

3. Accuracy and availability
   We take reasonable care in preparing Website content. Journey concepts, sample routes, seasons, durations, availability, access conditions, accommodations, encounters and other details may nevertheless change and should not be treated as confirmed unless included in final written documents issued for a specific programme.
   Images may be illustrative and may not depict a confirmed inclusion. Nothing on the Website constitutes a guarantee that a particular journey, place, person, property or service will be available.

   
   

4. Intellectual property
   Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original text, design, brand elements, graphics, layouts and editorial material are owned by or licensed to ELSEWHERE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
   You may view the Website and retain reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute, scrape, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.
   Third-party photographs and other licensed materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

   
   

5. Acceptable use
   You must not:
   use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
   attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or interfere with its security or operation;
   introduce malware, automated attacks or harmful code;

   To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for loss arising solely from reliance on preliminary, illustrative or out-of-date Website content, or from the availability or operation of a third-party website.
   Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any liability connected with an agreed planning engagement or confirmed journey will be governed by the relevant written agreement and applicable law.

   We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

   
   

10. Governing law
    These Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from use of the Website are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
